Refund & Cancellation Policy


Project Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your project. This deposit is applied toward materials and scheduling.


Cancellations Before Work Begins

  • More than 7 days before the start date: Full refund of the deposit.
  • Within 7 days of the start date: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Same-day cancellations: No refund of the deposit.

Cancellations After Work Has Started

Once work has begun, refunds are not available for labor or materials already used. Any remaining balance will be assessed based on work completed.


Project Delays & Rescheduling

If a project is delayed due to weather or unforeseen conditions, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest possible date.


Refunds for Unsatisfactory Work

If there is a workmanship issue, we will assess and correct the problem before offering any refund. All concerns must be reported within 7 days of project completion.
